Terms & Conditions
By entering www.verdureatelier.com or purchasing our creations, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These conditions safeguard both our clients and the integrity of our maison.
General Provisions
- Verdure Atelier reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
- By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it under parental/guardian consent.
Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment through authorized gateways.
- Payment failures due to third‑party providers are outside VA’s liability.
- VA retains the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (fraud suspicion, limited edition stock issues, etc.).
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated timelines are communicated at checkout.
- Delays caused by logistics, customs, or force majeure are not attributable to VA.
- Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and accompanied by original packaging, authenticity cards, and dust bags.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days after inspection, subject to approval.
- Made‑to‑order and personalized items are non‑returnable.
Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity
- All designs, products, packaging, and content—including names, logos, photographs, and website visuals—are exclusive intellectual property of Verdure Atelier.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or counterfeit attempts will lead to immediate legal action.
Limitation Of Liability
- VA is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
- Liability, under all circumstances, is capped at the value of the purchased item.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi, NCR courts.
